About Elif

Hi! My name is Elif, and I'm a credentialed teacher with a strong background in working with school-aged children both in and out of the classroom. I've worked as a 4th grade teacher, summer camp counselor, and after-school support staff, and I bring years of hands-on experience supporting kids academically, emotionally, and behaviorally. I've supervised and cared for children ranging from ages 5 to 13 in structured learning environments, enrichment programs, and recreational camps. Whether I'm helping with homework, planning fun activities, or making sure kids are safe and engaged, I always bring patience, structure, and a nurturing attitude. I'm also trained in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) practices, and I know how to create a calm, respectful environment where kids can thrive.
