I agreed on a call with Elisangela for the second time, and as the first one she never answered and reply with "I can't talk right now" she requested the time and the day and after trying to speak with her a couple times no answer and not text back. I'm not sure if she is looking for a job or something else.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Elisangela. We agreed she would come to clean my house on a Thursday but she had to cancel last minute for a doctor's appt. We rescheduled for Friday and she just didn't show up. I called and sent messages, she didn't pick up the phone and just texted that she couldn't talk.  I hope that nothing serious happened with her and I feel my time was very disrespected. Woulnd't re-hire or recommend.

Elisangela is very dependable, punctual and respectful; she carries her self professionally at all times. Would pay finders fee to be able to hire her again...

Elisangela worked for us full time for over a year before the pandemic. She took care of our house (daily and deep cleaning), kids, cats and dogs. She is very reliable, trustworthy, clean, fast, hard working, loves kids and animals. She also stayed at our house while we were traveling. Overall she is amazing! The reason why we had to let her go was the pandemic and I stopped working full time. I would definitely hire her back if needed.
