My background includes a nursing degree, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I offer a range of services, including respite care, hospice support, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and medication management. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion related to dementia. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I always follow the family's preferred method of communication to keep them informed and address any concerns. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic.
