About Elizabeth

Hello , My name is Elizabeth. I used to be a group home counselor for 3 years, after graduating college with a Kinesiology /Physical Education degree . I worked with trauma based teenagers and was able to use my degree by incorporating sport, exercise , and nutrition into the group home facility. I got a lot of joy out of helping teenagers and decided I wanted to work with the elderly population next. I have been caregiving for 8 years now. I enjoy taking care of the elderly by providing them companionship , helping them with light housekeeping, reminding them to take medications , preparing and cooking meals , and driving to doctors visits . I also help dress my clients. I have a personal training/nutrition background and I have experience working with different disorders and diseases. .
