For over 15 years, I've been helping students unlock their potential through personalized tutoring. As a certified teacher and administrator with a doctoral degree and teaching credentials in both Washington and California, I create engaging and patient learning environments where students feel supported. I vary my teaching strategies using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is essential. I provide regular updates to parents, building trust and collaboration. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am comfortable tutoring at your home, my home, online, or at a local library or community center. I also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
