We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Eli as our nanny from the time our baby was 3 months to 9 months. She truly embodies everything you could hope for in a caregiver and more! Eli's personality is perfect to be with babies—she is warm, happy, loving, kind, thoughtful, and gentle. She was with us through many important baby milestones including sitting up, crawling, introducing first foods, sleep training, doctor appointments, cloth diapering and elimination communication. Her support during these moments was invaluable. Eli was consistently reliable and always arrived on time. She adhered to our set schedule with very little deviations. In her downtime, she would pick up after all the baby things which was such a huge help! Eli is not just a fantastic nanny, she is a wonderful person. My husband and I always talk about what a joy it is to have her in our home and I always look forward to her arrival. Needless to say, we highly recommend Eli to any family seeking a caring and dedicated nanny. Your life will be truly blessed to have her! She is the BEST.
