I'd describe my personality as dedicated, insightful and flexible Tutoring gives me the opportunity to apply my knowledge of learning styles to the academic challenges facing students I have vast experience and knowledge of individual learning strengths and weaknesses. Have excellent relationships with students I service My skills include diagnosing and applying meta cognitive skills to the learning process. By sharing insights, I have found that learners better understand their strengths and can apply these skills to academic challenges. I am able to assist students in identifying their personal goals and to apply task analysis to better understand steps necessary to succeed. By developing relationships based on trust, I am able to assist students in approaching academics in a systematic manner to alleviate discouragement. My goal is to foster curiosity and a love of learning.
