Lizzy was the nanny for our nanny share for two toddler boys from 1-2 years old. Lizzy was very loving and caring to the boys and was very reliable and communicative. She did a great job playing with the boys and taking them to outings, even driving them around town safely in her car. She is open to feedback and liked guidance from the parents regarding her activities and approaches but also sometimes provided her own ideas for developmental play.
