I am an experienced childhood educator, family consultant, & caregiver with over 25 years of supporting individuals & families from newborns to elders. Whether working with children or adults, I'm deeply attuned to people's needs through observation, empathy, & active listening. I take the time to truly see and understand each person. Caregiving, to me, is not just a job but a way of life rooted in respect & connection. I naturally notice what needs to be done & take initiative while also asking how others prefer things to be done. My background spans Montessori & Reggio Emilia education, family consulting, and in-home support for diverse developmental & personal needs. I bring patience, reliability, lightheartedness, and a calm, nurturing presence to every home. My rate is based on client needs and expectations. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, visiting the farmers market, kayaking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I'm happy to provide my resume and references upon request.
