I understand the importance of respecting independence while providing support. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have some college experience and am certified in CPR and First Aid.
