About Elizabeth

I've been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up with a variety of pets, including several breeds of dogs--especially golden retrievers--along with Siamese cats, parakeets, fish, rabbits, chickens, and even a chinchilla. As a child, I helped raise and care for litters of puppies when our family bred our two female golden retrievers, giving me early hands-on experience with newborn and young dogs. I am also no stranger to farm animals as well such as cows, pigs, chickens, geese and turkeys. My lifelong experience with so many different animals has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to read and respond to each pet's unique temperament. Also I figured I might add that I know how to administer topical and oral medication if need to be and I have always vaccinated my own animals at home so I also know how to administer by needle if there is anything special I need to know about your pet.
