That’s why I was completely blindsided when, on a Sunday morning, she texted me to say she would no longer be working for me. She claimed she had suddenly developed an allergy to my cats, despite having already worked in my home for a full week without any issue. She left with no notice, no chance to prepare. In caregiving, reliability and honesty are everything, and sadly she let me down in both. What began so promising turned into a very disappointing experience.”
