About Elizabeth

I am friendly, patient, positive, respectful, helpful and a multitasker. I started caring for seniors when my parents and friends started to age. I currently have three clients with varying needs and levels of care. Tasks include companionship, transportation, mindful activities (chair yoga, meditation, walks), organization of activities, transportation to appointments/activities, errands, light housekeeping, medication monitoring, etc. I practice yoga and gratitude daily, read, go for walks, poetry and the theatre. I am a multitasker. I can be very focused but also go with the flow. I have energy, patience and can think outside of the box. I do have flexibility in my work schedule. And, have a small SUV (Ford Escape). I am CPR/First Aid certified. I have all my clearances (Criminal History, Child Abuse, volunteer FBI finger printing).
