About Elizabeth

I am an experienced tutor with over 14 years of experience. My focus is to discern each student's weaknesses and/or lack or background knowledge. I am adept at develop methods to help them succeed using a variety of teaching methods, visuals, and materials to simplify higher level information and build upon that knowledge. -Tutored 2nd - 12th grade. Taught Mathematics, Science and Reading skills for 5 years in Red Clay School District. -Taught the Summer Success in Reading for 2nd , 3rd, and 4th grade for 3 years in Red Clay School District. -Instructed and accommodated material for struggling students at School in subjects including: -Mathematics concepts and coursework in Geometry, Algebra 1 and 2 -Core Sciences (including Physical Science and Biology) -Writing and Study Skills. I also provide support for ESL professionals struggling with accent reduction, public speaking, and professional presentations.
