About Elizabeth

I would describe myself as compassionate, energetic, and fun, loving. I have a deep passion for caring for seniors and find great joy spending time with them - listening to their stories, learning about their lives, and finding out how the world has changed through their eyes. Their experiences are both humbling and inspiring. My journey began in my teenage years, when I volunteered in a retirement center serving meals, and singing. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with seniors from many different backgrounds. I enjoy cooking, reading, and staying active. I'm particularly fond of music from the 1940s to the 1960s, it brings back wonderful memories and has a timeless charm. My professional skills include : - dementia care - certified personal training for senior citizens - compassionate, companionship, and support I bring warmth, experience and positivity to every interaction, and I look forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I care for.
