About Elizabeth

I am a BPS educator and lifelong learner who is passionate about academics especially mathematics, science, and English language arts. I can also tutor beginner and intermediate French. I'd describe my personality as determined, calm, and curious. I like tutoring because I enjoy seeing students build confidence in their own thinking. It gives me a chance to meet them where they are and guide them at a pace that works for them. I'm looking for a job where I can help students build confidence and clarity in subjects that may feel intimidating at first. One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely care about helping students feel confident and capable, even when the material feels tough. I believe learning should feel encouraging, not stressful, and I always meet students with patience, support, and a strong belief in their potential. My skills include explaining concepts clearly, building student confidence, and adapting to individual needs.
