About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as deeply caring, selfless, and attentive. Caring for seniors enriches my life by listening to them recount their own lives, assist with care and respect their dignity. I'm looking for a job that I know I am making a difference. I started caring for seniors when my parents had COPD and Dementia.. After their passing, I was drawn to seniors and caregivers because it made me happy to see that someone cared. In my spare time, I like to hike, swim wherever there is water. I love my 3 granddaughters. I like to learn about things like my mother's quilt making, to pass her craft down to my children. I love my flower garden and animals. One thing you should know about me is that after so much joy there was struggle and that to me was a gift, showing me what true emotion and caring is about. Recently I devoted several years to an apartment community in town that was strictly for the chronically ill. I made my mark there by bringing everyone together.
