My background includes curriculum development, IEP and 504 implementation, and adapting instruction based on individual learning styles and needs. Whether I'm supporting scholars who need structure, motivation, or just a fresh way of looking at things, I tailor my teaching to meet them where they are. I believe learning should be engaging, empowering, and personalized, especially when students have unique goals or face challenges others may overlook. Beyond academics, I've worked as a nanny and behavior support mentor, so I understand how emotional and social factors affect learning. I'm experienced in managing behavior plans, and skilled at building meaningful relationships with both students and families. I'm outgoing, encouraging, and 100% committed to helping each student grow-academically, emotionally, and confidently.
