About Elizabeth

I am a certified math educator with over 20 years of experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I spent 10 years teaching high school math and another 10 years in math curriculum design, assessment development, and educational research. I hold a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology and create clear, structured lessons tailored to each student's needs. Whether a student is strengthening foundational skills, building confidence, improving grades, or preparing for the SAT or ACT, I adjust my approach to support their goals. I truly enjoy working one-on-one with students and believe learning happens best when students feel supported and encouraged. I value thoughtful preparation, clear communication with parents and teachers, and helping students develop strong learning habits and confidence in math.
