Eliza is an excellent babysitter/nanny. We hired her to care for our 1 year old and were so impressed by her professionalism and experience. She knew everything to do to care for our son. It was a relief to find someone who knows babies so well and could just jump right in! I have no doubt the same would be true of older toddlers and young kids, too. She is very calm and kind with our son and was able to keep to his regular schedule with ease.
