Ella has completed multiple jobs watching my daughter with special needs and sensitivities. She is so sweet, compassionate, and mindful - my daughter loves her already haha. The first day they met when Ella went to leave my daughter ran to the door, took hold of her hand and pulled her back inside to play haha. This says a lot for my kiddo too because she has sensory sensitivity’s and doesn’t usually express herself through touch especially with new people. It was the sweetest thing to see.
