About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm graduating from the University of Kansas in May. I'll be home for winter break from December 8th-January 20th and am hoping to connect with a family who needs reliable childcare during that time. I started working with kids when I was 13, babysitting for neighbors and family friends. Since then, childcare has been a consistent part of my life, including being a full-time nanny for the same family for three summers. Working with kids has always felt natural to me--I love their energy, creativity, and the joy they bring to everyday moments. I also value being someone they can trust and feel safe with. People often describe me as responsible, patient, and caring. I'm dependable, communicative, and always fully engaged when I'm with kids. My top childcare strengths include planning fun activities, staying calm in any situation, and keeping routines organized and consistent.
