About Ella

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. With five years of experience caring for children aged 1-11, I've learned that patience and creativity are key. I enjoy engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to help with light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I have some college education and I am currently studying at The University of Tampa. Open communication is important to me, and I always follow parents' preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular text updates. Enforcing household rules is something I'm very comfortable with. Knowing that I'm making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families is incredibly rewarding. I'm eager to bring my calm, friendly approach to your family and create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for your little ones. Also, I'm super flexible with my schedule!
