Elle worked w the our family from September 2021 through June 2022, and she became part of our family. She provided after-school care for our kindergarten-aged daughter 2x per week and cared for both our daughter and 3 y/o son on a number of evening/weekend occasions. Elle is generous and kind while also being able to maintain boundaries, which was really important for us. Our kids both loved spending time with her, and I appreciated that she often went above and beyond our expectations (eg cleaning up from dinner) when she cared for them. I highly recommend Elle for whatever job you are considering.
