I recently received a Masters degree in Special Education, and currently teach 6-12th grade in health, and affective needs. Prior to teaching, I worked in child welfare, and as a tutor, research assistant, nanny, and camp counselor. My tutoring experience covers all grades and subjects, with most of my training efforts in literacy and early literacy. I received my undergrad degree in Psychology with a minor in elementary education, with strong knowledge of human development and learning sciences. Additionally, I am CPR/First Aid certified, ECT qualified, and pride myself on being patient, highly adaptable, strengths-based and goal-oriented.
