I'd describe my personality as caring, kind, and practical. I like caring for seniors because they may have a rich history and stories to tell. I'm looking for a job that is part-time, low on drama, and not worrying or exhausting. I also prefer a basically clean environment. I started caring for seniors when I took a job in 2024 helping an octogenarian who'd had a stroke and was home bound. I also spent a lot of time with my 80-something grandparents before they passed away. In my spare time I like to knit, read, sew, bake, and visit with friends. I can be both a quiet and positive person. One thing you should know about me is I care a lot. I am also reliable and a good communicator. My skills include cooking, gentle patient personal care, keeping a kitchen clean and stocked, and laundry.
