Hi families! My name is Ellie and I worked in a Montessori school as a sub & Spanish teacher before I had my daughter in 2019. I have worked in my church's nursery for 6 years and have taken care of many babies and toddlers from our congregation. I love working with tiny humans because they are the truest form of light and love. They each have their own unique personalities and quirks. I love forming a bond and learning how to better communicate with and provide for them. I am looking for more than a job, but the right fit. I would like to be exclusive to one family for an extended period of time. I am finishing up an online degree in Human Services and have a flexible schedule. In my spare time, I enjoy the traditional "grandma hobbies." My favorites are hand embroidery and reading (no matter the age of your child, we will be reading! I love doing fun voices!). Elizabeth is literally the best! The way she cares for the babies/toddlers in our church nursery is simply amazing. She doesn’t get stressed out if a baby is having a hard time, she’s able to soothe them and calm them down and get them smiling and playing. She’s a blast to be around and I appreciate all her hard work!
