Elsa worked for our family for over six years, and helped raise our two boys from the time they were born. She managed everything related to the kids, including shopping for food for the family and running errands, such as buying clothes for the kids. She was great with the kids, always calm and always teaching them good manners, instilling good values and giving them age-appropriate responsibilities. She also taught the boys Spanish, and spoke to them only in Spanish at our request. That being said, she speaks English very well and was always a good communicator with me and my husband. Elsa was a real pleasure to have in our household for six years, and I highly recommend her as a great addition to any family.
