Elsa was an incredible gift to my family, during a very difficult time and I would recommend her without hesitation. She is incredibly competent and skilled, while also having a tremendous heart. Things that my mom wouldn't let anyone else help with (like bathing) somehow with Elsa, she felt relaxed and appreciative for the help. Later, as she transitioned to hospice care. Elsa helped my mother's last months to be so much more comfortable. And beyond that it was clear that Elsa genuinely cared, for my mom and for all of us, going above and beyond in a dozen little ways. If you need home care, I doubt you could find anyone better and I remain deeply grateful for Elsa's skilled and loving care.
