Elsy has been absolutely amazing with our 3-year-old. She worked with him as a para and also helped us as a sitter on a few evenings, and in every setting she brought incredible energy, patience, and genuine care. She has a natural way of connecting with young children - she keeps them engaged, happy, and calm while still being attentive to their needs and routines. What really stood out to us was her positivity and enthusiasm. She doesn’t just “watch” kids; she actively plays with them, talks to them, and meets them at their level. Our kids were comfortable with her very quickly, which says a lot. She was reliable, thoughtful, and always made sure they felt safe and supported. We look forward to have Elsy watch our children again in future.
