I've had two main jobs from Care. com that have matched me with wonderful families and I hope it happens again! I helped them with newborn support and toddler care full-time. I'm a believer in outdoor play, building autonomy, supporting emotional regulation, and establishing routine to help children learn how to move through this big beautiful world. In my free time, I love to hike, trail run, backpack, camp, and rock climb with my husband and 2-year-old golden retriever! I'm looking for a full-time long-term option right now and hope we're a good match!

Emilee is one of a kind, we were incredibly lucky to have her as a nanny. She helped with our two kids (ages 3 and 1) for the past year and we can't say enough great things about her. She is always engaged and active with the kids, she is thoughtful about approaches to development and milestones, she helped establish routines and schedules, and she introduced and modeled emotional regulation and activity transitions (which helped enormously with our 3 year old). Emilee is communicative, reliable, and FUN! You can see how loved our kids feel when they see her and ask where she is on weeekends. We have loved how much fun the kids have playing with her, and we have truly seen improvement in their development as she teaches through play and gets them outside to see bugs and more. She is one of those people you want to stay in your life, and we would have kept her forever if we didn't have a change in our work schedule. We love Emilee and highly recommend her.
