Emilia is an absolutely wonderful caregiver!  Working with our family for over 3 years, she has been thoughtful, caring, 100% reliable, careful, supportive, warm, and playful. Our two young children adore her (they were in her care starting at 3 months and 5 months old). When they are with Emilia, we know that they are always safe, listened to, actively engaging in activities, developing new skills, and having fun. As a nanny, she helped them with communication, self-feeding, potty training, socializing at parks and libraries, and more -- going above and beyond to prepare them for day care / preschool settings. Emilia is one of the best out there!

Emilia cared for our son when he was one year old. She was very caring with him and also helped him achieve milestones like walking. She was always punctual and went the extra mile liking cooking food for him to enjoy. We felt lucky to have her as our nanny and would absolutely recommend her to other families!

Emilia is a true gem, and any family would be lucky to work with her. She goes above and beyond and treated our daughter with such love and care.

I worked with Emilia when my son was 7-9 months old and again when he was 2 years old. Emilia is so reliable, always on time, she truly loves being with children. I felt so confident my son was safe in her care, and she communicated really well and always left details of my sons activity with lots of picture. Some of his best baby pictures were taken by Emilia!  I'd hire her in a heartbeat.

Emilia is the best caregiver we've had! She juggles our almost 3 year old toddler and our 6 month old twins with ease. She always keeps them engaged with books, crafts, outings etc. and she is incredibly patient and loving. (Emilia is also a great cook and keeps our house clean and tidy!) She has been with our family for over a year and we are so sad to part with her as our need for full time care has changed. You can't go wrong with Emilia - she is always reliable and goes above and beyond caring for our boys!

Emilia was with us for over four years and through two nanny shares. She took care of both of my daughters since they were 4 months old until they reached preschool age. Where do I even start? Emilia is dependable, responsible, protective, organized, punctual, trustworthy, and, above all, extremely loving. My daughters adore her, and have since the beginning. Over the years, she took them out on a multitude of fun outings, threw dance parties on rainy days, read to them, cooked with them, taught them age appropriate skills, even gardened with them. All the while, she managed each day to find the time to clean and help us organize our lives. Emilia is part of our family and I couldn't recommend her more highly. I have tried many other nannies, and I sincerely believe she's a gem.

Emilia is an angel! She's been with our daughter for almost 2 years and is like an extension of our family. We're moving away soon and the hardest part of our move is separating the two of them. She is patient, fun, nurturing, she educates, and she's very honest and communicative with us. Our daughter truly loves her and I can't imagine trusting anyone more to take care of her. 

Emilia is truly a five-star nanny/babysitter. She's kind, loving, smart and super dependable. When she was our daughter's nanny a few years ago, we loved how she would log everything that happened during the day (bottles, diaper changes, naps, activities). We knew exactly what went on and how our daughter was feeling throughout the day. 

We've also hired Emilia as a nighttime babysitter since then, and our daughter is always excited to spend time with her. Emilia is excellent at her job, and we highly recommend her. 


Emilia is a warm, responsible, loving caregiver who seems to be equally adored by both babies and toddlers. She has a calm, comforting demeanor and I trust her completely. My daughter, who is almost 4 now, is always excited when Emilia arrives (which is not the case with other sitters!). And Emilia magically gets her to eat more than I've ever been able to...a big plus in my book! 

Emilia was our nanny for over 3 1/2 years and continues to babysit for us though our son has graduated to school full time. She has become a vital part of our family and I could not have imagined the past 3 1/2 years without her. Fluent in Spanish, Emilia is reliable, dependable and served as a key role model in our son's early years.

Emilia loves children and it is evident in many ways. My daughter loves her and she is very organized.  I would recommend her to anyone in need of a babysitter.
