I have been working in the healthcare field for 10 years specializing in memory/rehabilitative care. My experience expands beyond that to include rare diseases such as ALS, MS, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Progressive supranuclear palsy and more. Also med tech certified and can operate transfer equipment if needed (Hoyer lift, Sit to stand, etc) but experienced in body mechanics and can lift. I enjoy being able to work one on one with patients and build a more familial relationship. I believe the emotional part of care is equally as important as any physical needs and makes for better companionship. Hoping I can be of help!

Emily is very good with my 90 year old Mom. She is knowledgeable of Mom’s condition and provides just the right combination of encouragement and support. Emily is a true professional. She communicates well with the family members. Her observations skills are excellent alerting family when a doctors appointment might be needed. Emily is the best caregiver that we have utilized with Mom.
