About Emily

Howdy! I'm passionate about bringing joy and nurturing care to children along with helping others. I come from a big family and have been babysitting my whole life, whether it's for relatives or other families. I've also taught swim lessons to children of all ages, which gave me great experience keeping kids safe while making sure they're having fun. I currently work full time as an EMT in a hospital, so I'm very familiar with child development as well as emergency care for all ages. My approach with kids is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I love playing games; especially educational ones, because I believe learning through play keeps children engaged and happy. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision, and I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once.
