About Emily

Hi all! I'm Emily - a bilingual grad student at Columbia studying Mental Health Counseling, and someone who genuinely loves supporting kids in a warm, patient, and playful way. I've spent the past several years caring for kids in all kinds of settings: as a nanny (for 3 lovely years!), a Registered Behavior Technician, and an Activities Therapist at a youth behavioral health hospital. My goal is to always create a space where your child feels understood, supported, cared for, & safe to be themselves! I lead with empathy and understanding and I always meet kids where they're at, whether that be high energy play or calming crafts! I am comfortable and highly experienced in working with kids of all abilities and ages (Infancy - 17 years old!).
