About Emily

Fueling children's curiosity and development is a true passion of mine! My experience as a registered behavior technician working with children with autism has equipped me with valuable skills. I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly approach to every interaction. I'm comfortable caring for 2 children at a time, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that make learning fun. I am currently in my last semester at Grand Valley to become a recreational therapist, and I am First Aid and CPR Training certified. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls, always respecting your preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to help with light housekeeping. I'm excited to bring my energy and enthusiasm to your family and create a positive, nurturing environment for your little one.
