Emily was great with our 83 year old father, as he recovered from an illness and series of operations that left him very weak both physically and mentally. She helped with all aspects of daily life as he went through PT and OT, creating a safe surrounding in which to help him build back the strength needed for him to perform tasks independently. She kept him moving forward physically while also helping him to stay positive about the progress he was making. Her ability to understand where he was and when he was over reaching his abilities was excellent. She communicated with us continually on his progress and on issues that we wanted to address with him. As excited as Dad is to now be on his own, I do think he misses her. She was an absolute joy.
