Emily is an absolute gem! She is loving, super attuned to kids, hard working, and proactive. She has great judgment and is a clear communicator. She can manage multiple kids, while also helping around the house, and keeping a million details in mind and still feel present and joyful. She has been amazing with our kids between ages 3 - 12 and I know she is also fantastic with babies (she's worked with a set of infant twins for part of the time she was with us). You would be INCREDIBLY LUCKY to get Emily!
