My background includes CPR and First Aid and QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Professional)certification. I recently completed a CNA course and will be licensed once I am able to take my state board testing. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I build connections by understanding your loved one's preferences and history and I treat everyone with dignity and respect. I'm happy to provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. I always communicate with families using their preferred method.
