Hi, my name is Emily and I'm a creative and energetic 22-year-old graduate student! I have worked at a summer camp for 3 years in the past summers and have volunteered in a nursery/preschool for 2 years, so I have experience with a wide range of ages. My most recent experience was watching twin 2-year-old boys multiple days a week. I'm looking for a part time position or one-time jobs, ideally weekends or evenings. My focus is on giving your child a safe and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, singing songs, pretend play, and encouraging independent time.

Emily was incredible with my 14-month-old twins. We traveled to Austin for a weekend, and it was remarkably stressful (for me, that is), but having Emily to help care for the boys was an oasis of calm. She was responsible and responsive with me, patient and engaging with them, and within a few minutes’ acquaintance, the boys were giggling and dancing with her — which they do not do with everyone. If I lived in Austin, I’d be begging Emily to be our regular sitter. 😌
