About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily -- a certified special education teacher with a Master's in Special Education and a background in Psychology. I help kids build confidence in math, reading, writing, and emotional skills through lessons that are structured, supportive, and fun. I use research-based strategies to help children strengthen their literacy skills and feel successful as learners. I also focus on emotional regulation, coping skills, and executive functioning--because learning is about more than just academics! Every child learns differently, and my goal is to meet them where they are, celebrate their progress, and make learning something they enjoy.
