About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily, I use they/them pronouns. I'm a fun and creative, thoughtful and comforting, safe and secure caregiver! In my 33-years, I have done: - art studio programming with children from 3- to 14-years-old - afterschool activity design and teaching, focusing on kindergarten groups, co-teaching children up through 6th-grade - environmental citizenship / urban forestry mentorship with high school students in an awesome, community tree data collection program - work mentoring teens to speak about their visions for the town budget at their local town halls - full-time nannying for multiple children ages 3-, 5- and 6- - work with diagnosed neurodivergent, ADHD, and autistic children - helped multiple younger children through potty-training - helped families set strong and necessary expectations with their kids - helped parents understand their children's unique strengths and special interests There's so much to say, so little space!
