Incredible experience with Emma! I was visiting Madison for the holidays from San Francisco and needed truly last-minute childcare so I could work from home for a full week. Emma jumped in immediately and was proactive through every part of my son’s day. She took him to a nearby indoor playplace and they had the best time, and I loved getting photos and videos throughout the day (honestly, it made me a little jealous I wasn’t there too!). After the first day, I booked her for the rest of the week. O. was already saying “BYE!” the moment they started getting ready to leave because he was so excited to go back. Emma is warm, reliable, and clearly great with kids. Bonus: she speaks German, and it was fun to connect over that since I’m part German too. I only wish she lived in SF because I would hire her every chance I get. Highly recommend!
