About Emma

Hi! My name is Emma, and I have several years of professional childcare experience along with a lifelong background of caring for children. I grew up in a large family with many nieces and nephews, which helped shape my natural, hands on approach to childcare from an early age. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children in both home and structured care settings. I am DCF certified and prioritize safety, routine, and age appropriate development. My childcare style is a thoughtful blend of Montessori and Reggio inspired methods, encouraging independence, curiosity, and learning through play while providing consistent structure and gentle guidance. I strongly believe that patience and consistency are key to healthy child growth. I approach every child and family with kindness, reliability, and respect.
