I have 15 years of paid and volunteer childcare experience, including teaching at the Southwest Minneapolis Super Summer Program, teaching preschool and elementary school ice skating, coaching Girls on the Run, volunteering at an after school daycare program, and babysitting for families. We worked with Emma for almost a year and she was FANTASTIC. She is moving away this month, and we are so sad to see her go. Our child adored her, and she handled all kinds of situations this year with our 4-year-old, and did so in such a wonderful and caring way (tantrums, bathroom accidents etc). She was always on time, always confirmed the day of a job and the house looked great every time we returned home. Emma is an extremely hard worker, often arriving on time after already working 2 other jobs that same day. She continually impressed me with her cheerfulness and enthusiasm. We will miss her so much, and any family that gets to work with her will be extremely lucky.
