About Emma

I have years of experience working with children. As the oldest of four, I have been helping to care for my younger brothers for as long as I can remember. I nannied a 2-year-old girl and an 8-year-old with autism. I have had various reoccurring babysitting jobs in Pennsylvania as well as when I moved to South Carolina. I have experience working with kids of all ages and in the past I have volunteer coached cheerleading and soccer. I most recently worked at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center as a mental health technician before I started nannying again. This job showed me that I can handle a lot of different and difficult situations and provided me with a lot of training in regards to the health and safety and those I am responsible for. I have recently graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a major in psychology. I have taken various developmental and child psychology classes and plan on attending grad school next fall to be a mental health counselor for children.
