Erica was caring, efficient, patient and extremely loving to my children. There were times when I could call her at the last minute outside of our structured schedule and she was accommodating. The kids absolutely loved her with her relentless energy and endless activities. She was a great teacher. As a first time mom, Erica modeled some behaviors for me as well. I was sad when we moved away.
