About Erica

I received my Masters in Education from the University of Mary Washington. I have worked for tutoring companies, as a private tutor, as well as teaching Special Education for over 8 years. I am professionally trained in the Orton-Gillingham Literacy Program, as well as other literacy curriculums such as Edmark. I have worked with students of all ages on a wide variety of topics including literacy, language arts, English, writing, and lower-level math, as well as helping with homework, school projects, and studying tips. I created and taught an SAT Prep class and have worked extensively with students who speak English as a second language. My aim is to make learning and practicing fun and engaging!
