She started working with us when my children were almost 2 years old and 5 months old, over the course of several years. I would trust her to watch my now 8 and 10 year old in a heartbeat. Erica consistently arrived at our home on time, ready to engage with our kids, and with a smile on. Her positive energy is noticeable and she exudes happiness. She is kind, compassionate, and intelligent. You don't have to worry about a sitter who will just sit and watch TV or be a ghostly entity in the house, Erica is very engaging with kids and extremely personable. My children really look forward to spending time with Erica and they also look up to her as a role model. I have to say, I look up to her as well, she is a dynamic young woman!!
