I can not say enough good things about Erica. She was an incredible help to our family and truly a life saver! From day one she jumped right in with a calm, capable attitude and positive demeanor. She was great with my son during before and after care and was such a warm, patient, and genuinely caring person with him. Also, as my mommy helper, Erica was equally amazing at helping with all my behind the scene tasks that made my house run smoothly. Such as grocery shopping, running errands, and pick up and drop offs too! One thing additional thing I loved about Erica, was she anticipated my kid’s needs before he even asked and kept him on track without ever being stressed or losing her patience. My kid adores her still to this day and honestly I am not sure what we would have done without her additional support. If you are looking for someone who will treat your family like her own, and make your days easier Erica is the one for you! If I could have kept her longer I would have but who needs a helper when your kid is 18!?
